Gastronomic Philosophy

Tradition and purity is the basic aspect of our gastronomic philosophy

Inspired by the unspoiled and carefully protected natural environment in which our hotel is situated we have decided to take maximum advantage of the local fresh produce. In close collaboration with our local farmers, fishermen and shepherds we have created a fresh, nutritious menu that incorporates many of the old traditional recipes, some nearly lost in time. Using all the products that the land generously provides us, our chef adds new delicacies to our menu on a daily basis according to the fresh ingredients that can be found.
