All about the Andros Gastronomy!
Andros Gastronomy : local products are distinguished for the taste and the care taken when the local producers are making for example the famous sausage called louza. You can find louza also in Tinos and Mykonos islands but the louza of Andros is different as it is made of pork sirloin and is tastier. Louza and local cheeses along with eggs and potatoes are used to make the most celebrated dish on the island called froutalia which is a hearty and scrumptious type of omelette, ideal for breakfast as well as a main course!
